Banner County Board of Equalization Proceedings
Banner County Board of Equalization met in regular session, in the Courtroom of Banner County Courthouse on September 1, 2026. This is in accordance with adjournment of August 18, 2026. Published in Western Nebraska Observer, posting notices in Harrisburg, Nebraska at Post Office, Banner County School, Clerk’s Office, and front window of Banner County Courthouse. Proof of publication is on file at the office of Banner County Clerk, and part of the proceedings is made by reference.
Agenda for meeting is kept current and is available during regular business hours at the office of Banner County Clerk. A copy was emailed to each Board member on August 28, 2026.
Chairperson Darnall called meeting to order at 8:38 a.m. Chairperson Darnall took roll call, showing all members present.
Chairperson Darnall stated the Nebraska Open Meeting Act is posted by the back door of the courtroom.
Motion by Lease to approve consent agenda. Second by Anderson. Roll call vote: Lease, yes; Darnall, yes; Anderson, yes. Motion carried.
