Banner County Comprehensive Plan
Take the Comprehensive Plan survey!
Banner County is updating its Comprehensive Plan to guide future development in the county.
We invite the public to participate by completing a survey that takes about 10-15 minutes.
What is a comprehensive plan?
A comprehensive plan is a living document intended to help shape the county’s future. As a
result, this Comprehensive Plan will provide Banner County with a roadmap for growth and
development and establish short- and long-term goals.
From now until October 1, 2026, we ask community members to take the Comprehensive Plan
survey to help us understand what priorities, concerns, and opportunities to include in the plan.

The survey includes short-answer and multiple-choice questions covering topics such as
business and economic development, transportation, zoning, housing, quality of life,
environment, energy, and county facilities.
The county has hired JEO Consulting Group to help facilitate the planning process. For
