According to Nebraska Revised Statute 77-1633 (c):  "The joint public hearing shall be held on or after September 14 and prior to September 24...".  Nebraska Revised Statute 77-1633 (d):  "The joint public hearing shall be held after 6 p.m. local time on the relevant date."

Therefore, the Banner County joint public hearing on the budget will be held on:  September 16, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., Banner County Courthouse, Harrisburg, NE.
