Resolution 26 – 12

Close COVID ARPA Fund - 2580

 

WHEREAS: On or about June 30, 2025, all funds from the COVID ARPA Fund 2580 has been expended; and

 

WHEREAS: It is presumed that no future funds will be received from the Federal or State governments; 

WHEREAS: Upon review of this fund, it has been determined that this fund is no longer needed by Banner County; and

WHEREAS: It is the intent of the Banner County Board to close the COVID ARPA Fund – 2580 in the current fiscal year.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT

  1. The Banner County Treasurer transfer any future funds received from the COVID ARPA Fund – 2580 into the General Fund.
  2. The aforementioned fund is now considered closed.
