Payment to County Inheritance Tax Fund from Weed Fund
WHEREAS: The Banner County Commissioners have previously approved the transfer of funds from the Inheritance Fund (2700) to the Weed Fund (0100) for the purpose of purchasing a pickup in Resolution 25 – 09; and
WHEREAS: The Banner County Board of Commissioners considered the above transfer to be a transfer to be a loan to be repaid by the Weed Fund (0100); and
WHEREAS: The Banner County Board of Commissioners, in consideration of repayment, have approved the transfer of funds of $15,000.00 from the Weed Department Fund (0100) to the Inheritance Tax Fund (2700) for repayment of said loan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT
1, Banner County Weed Department (0100) shall transfer $15,000.00 from the Weed Fund to the Inheritance Tax Fund (2700) as a repayment of said loan.
