Appoint Road Superintendent
The Board of County Commissioners of Banner County, Nebraska, in regular session, assembled at the Banner County Courthouse at 204 State Street, Harrisburg, Nebraska, this 8th day of January 2026, and hereby resolves as follows:
WHEREAS, the Road Superintendent reports directly to the Banner County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the County Board of Commissioners of Banner County, Nebraska, appoint Eric McCoy for the position Highway Superintendent for the year 2026.
