Deputy County Attorney Appointment
WHEREAS, the Banner County Board of Commissioners, at the request of the County Attorney to appoint the Scottsbluff County Attorney’s office to function as Deputy County Attorney for purposes of Inheritance Tax evaluations and in the absence of the County Attorney to function as a Deputy to appear for arraignments and bond hearings that are hearings that are held in Scottsbluff County and as County Coroner agrees with such request that such an appointment be made.
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED by the County Board of Commissioners of Banner County, Nebraska, that the Scottsbluff County Attorney’s office be and hereby is appointed as Deputy County Attorney for purposes of Inheritance Tax evaluations and in the absence of the County Attorney appointed to function as County Coroner and appear for arraignments and bond hearings that are held in Scottsbluff County.
