Resolution 25 – 27

Payment to County Inheritance Tax Fund from Road Fund

WHEREAS: The Banner County Board of Commissioners have approved the transfer of funds from the Inheritance Tax Fund to the Road Fund for the purpose of purchasing a motor grader; and

WHEREAS: The Banner County Board of Commissioners considered the above transfer to be a transfer to be a loan to be repaid by the Road Fund at a future date; and 

WHEREAS: The Banner County Board of Commissioners have approved the transfer of funds in the amount of $130,650.00 from the Road Department to the Inheritance Tax Fund for repayment of said loan.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

  1. Banner County Road Department shall transfer $130,650.00 from Road Fund to the Inheritance Tax Fund as a repayment of said loan.
