Resolution 25 - 19
Authority to Transfer Funds
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners, Banner County, Nebraska desires to have funds available for disbursement for claims to be filed.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, the Board of Commissioners for Banner County, Nebraska, in compliance with the 2024-2025 budget year, hereby authorize Banner County Treasurer, Kathy Natale to initiate the following transfers.
- For a budget transaction, in the amount of $50,000, from the Inheritance Tax fund account #2700, into County General fund #100.
