Final Allocations of Levy Authority to all Political Subdivisions Subject to County Levy Authority
WHEREAS, Nebraska Revised Statute 77-3443 (4) requires that the Banner County Board of Equalization determine by Resolution the final allocation of levy authority to its' political subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Banner County Board of Equalization has considered the levy allocation requests,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Banner County Board of Equalization, Banner County, Nebraska, as follows:
Pleasant Hill Cemetery $1,600.00
Kirk Cemetery $1,175.00
Banner Rural Fire District - General $72,100.00
Banner Rural Fire District - Sinking $-0-
Banner County Historical Society $10,000.00
