Welcome to the office of Banner County Clerk.
Some of the duties of the clerk include:
- The preparation of all county claims and monthly payrolls and the submitting of all required federal and state government forms
- Preparing for the Board of Equalization and Commissioners’ Meetings, as well as the recording and publishing of the minutes of such meetings
- The recording and maintaining of documents such as deeds, mortgages, etc.
- Performing all tasks necessary to conduct an election
At this office you may:
- Research and record documents such as deeds and mortgages
- Register to vote
- File papers with Banner County District Court
- Apply for a marriage license
- Request to be placed on the agenda of a Commissioners’ meeting
