Resolution 24 - 05
The Board of County Commissioners of Banner County, Nebraska, in regular session, assembled at the Banner County Courthouse at 204 State Street, Harrisburg, Nebraska, on January 4, 2024, and hereby resolves as follows:
WHEREAS the Road Superintendent reports directly to the Banner County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the County Board of Commissioners of Banner County, Nebraska, appoint Patrick Parsons for the position of Highway Superintendent for the year of 2024 retroactive to January 1, 2024.
